ASME Flawspec Pipe Calibration Standard Set

Flawspec has designed a set of 19 ASME Section V Piping Calibration Standards which covers the range of 2” to 20” Diameter Pipe - Including Schedule 20 to XXS Thickness.

ASME Calibration Standards for Piping are manufactured in accordance with ASME Section V Article 4 T434.3 and Figure T-434.3-1

The set contains Piping Calibration Standards of the following NPS diameters and schedules:

2" STD, 2" XS, 2" XXS, 2 1/2" XS, 2 1/2" XXS, 3" XS, 4" XS, 4" SCH 120, 4" XXS, 6" XXS, 8" STD, 8" XS, 10" SCH 120, 10" SCH 160, 14" STD, 14" XS, 14" SCH 80, 16" SCH 120 and 16" SCH 160

The calibration standards contain 2 circumferential and 2 longitudinal 10% nominal wall thickness EDM notches on the internal and external surfaces of the pipe. Side drilled holes can also available be added to these calibration standards.

Carbon Steel versions of these sets are in stock items and are available for immediate delivery. These sets are also available in any other material types and grades as required.

Custom versions of the ASME Section V Piping Calibration Standards sets are available in any other diameters and thicknesses required.
